What is a clipping campaign?+
It pays independent video editors, called clippers, to cut your footage into short clips and post them from their own accounts. You pay per 1,000 real views, not per post.
Is this a press clipping service?+
No. Press clipping tracks mentions in the news. This is short-form video: clippers cut your footage and post it on TikTok, Reels, Shorts and X.
Is ClipIt a clipping agency?+
Not a normal one. ClipIt is part of the MonsterLab creator-tech ecosystem. It can seem like an agency because you hand us the footage and the rules and we run the campaign, but it is bigger than a normal agency: the 40,000+ clipper network, the platform that checks every clip and the reporting are all our own, and you pay per real view with no retainer.
How is this different from an AI clipping tool?+
A tool cuts the video and stops. Here people cut it and post it on their own accounts, and you pay for the real views those posts earn.
What footage do you need?+
Streams, podcasts, archive or product shots. You share a folder link with the campaign details.
Whose accounts do the clips go out on?+
The clippers’ own accounts, as normal posts.
Which platforms do you cover?+
TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and X. Most campaigns run on three of the four. You can restrict a brief to specific platforms if your rights or your audience require it.
